  • HVAC engineering, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance services
  • Chiller system installations including pumps, air handling units, cooling towers, chemical dosing system, ducting, chilled water piping and chemical flushing
  • Installations of different DX type and VRF/ VRV air conditioner units, refrigerant piping and testing
  • Ventilation system installations including, fresh air, extract air and smoke extract fans with fire rated and normal ducting
  • Electromechanical equipment installation and maintenance
  • LV room works, LV Panel, MDB, SMDB and DB installations, cable pulling and containments, lighting and power installations, testing and commissioning.

  • Drainage service installations with different types of drain pipes, fittings, grease traps and external drainage network connections.
  • All kind of civil works including construction of block walls, plastering, cladding, gypsum wall and ceiling, painting, flooring works, water proofing and landscaping works.
